I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was a bit outside of the downtown area. It provided a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to all. The location, service, and room amenities were exceptional, providing me with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was a great choice for our city break! the rooms were comfortable and had all amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a gym. the location was great, just a short walk to a shopping center, which was really convenient.
One negative aspect was that the restaurant offered limited options for breakfast, and the quality was not great compared to other local restaurants. the hotel was a little farther from downtown than we had hoped, although it was very easy to get there by taxi.

Convenient location in San Cristobal de las Casas. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good amenities, including Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfast. Peaceful and serene atmosphere. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Excellent value for money

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from a shopping mall, and close to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and a decent Wi-Fi connection.
The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. The room smelled strongly of mold and was small and dark.

We absolutely loved the hotel's location. It was situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the area on foot. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we had access to everything we needed. Additionally, we were thrilled to find out that there was parking available, which was a big plus for us since we had a rental car. The location of the hotel in the shopping center across the street was another advantage since we could find everything we needed closeby. Lastly, the staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center with multiple restaurant options. Downtown is easily accessible by taxi or car. the rooms are kept clean by housekeeping and the Wi-Fi is reliable. the fitness center and business center are great facilities for business travelers.
The hotel lacks traditional Mexican architecture and doesn't have a unique character like some of the boutique hotels in town.
